冷应激对伊褐红公雏鸡外周血淋巴细胞数目变化的影响 被引量:16

摘要 本实验采用80只5日龄雄性伊褐红雏鸡进行急性(24 h以内)、慢性冷应激(3 d ,10 d)实验(比常温低8 ℃),通过脂酶染色法观察外周血T淋巴细胞数目的变化和甲苯胺蓝改良染色法观察法氏囊中肥大细胞数目的变化。结果表明:急性冷应激期间,T细胞数目明显减少(P<0.01),在应激12 h后,细胞数量最低(0.30±0.04 个/视野),应激24 h后,淋巴细胞又有所升高,但还是明显低于对照组。 淋巴细胞总数明显升高(P<0.01),在应激24 h后数值最高(1.29±0.08个/视野);冷应激3 d后,T细胞减少不明显,淋巴细胞总数明显增加。冷应激10 d后淋巴细胞数目极显著减少(1.12±0.12个/视野对1.65±0.09个/视野,P<0.001)、T淋巴细胞数目也极显著增加(0.65±0.08个/视野对0.44±0.02个/视野,P<0.001)。结果提示较正常饲养温度低8 ℃冷应激使雏鸡细胞免疫水平增加。 In cold stress experiment,80 male YiHeHong chickens fed at relatively cold condition(lower 8 ℃ than normal temperature)were used to observe changes in amount of lymphocyte by ANAE dye. The results showed as follows:during acute cold stress, the numbers of lymphocyte were decreased significantly(P<0.01),however, the numbers of T-lymphocyte were increased significantly (P < 0.01.After 3 days cold stress, lymphocyte was significantly higher than that of lymphocyte in control. Cold stress 10 days later, amounts of lymphocyte were markedly lower than that in control(1.12?.12 /view vs 1.65?.09 /view P<0.001), and T-lymphocyte numbers increased significantly. The results indicate d that the level of cellular immunity in chickens was improved during cold stress(lower 8 ℃ than normal temperature`).
