摘要
为分析新建抗性肉鸡舍的保温效果及对肉用雏鸡生长发育的影响,分别测定抗性肉鸡舍和简易鸡舍内外温度,并在2栋鸡舍内各饲养300只4周龄淮南麻黄鸡,2周后称量体重及测定血液生化指标。结果表明:饲养于抗性肉鸡舍的肉鸡能保证在正常时间内出栏,体重与简易鸡舍内肉鸡差异不显著,但有增加趋势;两鸡群血脂含量差异不显著,但简易鸡舍鸡群血脂有上升趋势;简易鸡舍鸡群血清酶活性呈上升趋势,且乳酸脱氢酶活性与抗性肉鸡舍鸡群差异显著;甲状腺素、三典甲腺原氨酸含量也表现出显著差异。抗性肉鸡舍可有效调节舍内小环境,保证雏鸡正常生长,值得推广应用。
In order to elucidate the insulation and chicken growth promotion between newly designed adversity resistant broiler house and simple chicken coop,inner and outer temperature was tested,300 Huainan partridge chickens in-4-week-ages-were bred in the two houses respectively,and body weight and biochemical indices were measured after 2 weeks.The results showed that,body weight from chickens bred in the adversity resistant house had no significant difference with the group from simple coop but with obvious increasing trend,and ensured the normal time for sale.Blood lipids also showed no difference between the two groups but an obvious rising trend was detected from group housed in the simple coop.Serum enzymes showed rising trend from chickens fed in the simple coop and LDH and TT3 were significantly higher than that of chickens from adversity resistant house（P0.05）.This study indicated that the adversity resistant house can effectively regulate the micro-environment to ensure the normal growth of broilers and is good for popularization.
