摘要
以荷叶为主要原料 ,配以山楂、菊花、甘草等经浸提、调配、杀菌等工序制得一种具有保健功能的饮料。
Using lotus leaf as the primary material and hawthorn,chrysanthemum,licorice as secondary materials,a healthy beverage was developed.The processing and composition of the beverage and the extracting condition of the materials were studied.
