摘要
采用纤维素酶辅助提取荷叶多糖的提取技术,先利用单因素试验研究了不同pH、温度、提取时间、酶添加量、料液比对荷叶多糖的提取效果,然后在单因素试验的基础上利用正交试验优化得到了荷叶多糖最佳的提取条件:酶添加量2.0 mg/g,料液比1∶45,温度60℃,浸提时间120 min,在此条件下荷叶多糖的浸提结果为9.66 g/100 g。
Lotus leaves Polysaccharides extraction was studied by enzyme-assisted technique. Single factor experiments were conducted to study the etraction effect of different pH, time, temperature, enzyme dosage, ratio of material and liquid , and then optimized conditions was further stuied and gain:enzyme the dosage of 2 mg/g, ratio of solid and liquid 1 ∶ 45, temperature 60 ℃, extraction time 120 min, using the orthogonal design on the basis of single factor tests. The result was 9.66 g/100 g under the conditions.
