摘要
以樱桃番茄(L.Esculuntum v.Cerasiforme)的下胚轴、幼叶、茎尖及带芽茎段为外植体,在附加不同浓度BA和IAA的MS培养基上进行离体培养,结果表明:樱桃番茄“红宝石”品种的下胚轴、叶和茎尖的最佳芽诱导培养基分别为MS+2.0mg/LBA+0.5mg/LIAA;MS+2.0mg/LBA+02mg/LIAA;MS+1.0-2.0mg/LBA+0.1-0.5mg/LIAA芽最佳增殖培养基 MS+1.0mg/L BA+0.5mg/LIAA,其增殖系数为3-4.用带侧芽的无菌短枝进行离体扦插,可1次成苗,扦插培养基为MS+0.005-0.010mg/LNAA或不加激素。
Four kinds of tissue of Lycopersicon Esculentum var. Cerasiforme, hypocotyl, leaf, shoot-tip, and stem with a lateral bud cut from cultivars 'Hong Bao-shi' are cultured on MS medium with BA and JAA at different levels. The results show that the optimal induction media of buds are MS + 1 .0- 2.0 mg/L BA + 0.5 mg/L IAA, MS + 2.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L LAA, MS + 1.0.- 2.0 mg/L BA + 0.1 -.0.5 mg/LIAA. Proliferation medium of shoots is MS + 1.0 mg/L BA + 0.5 mg/L IAA. Induction of mot is better for shoots in MS + 0. 1 mg/L NAA. The cuttage of the stem in vitro are carried on MS + 0.005 -0.01 mg/L NAA or MS without hormone. The rate of proliferation of the shoots is 5.
