摘要
以番茄侧枝及带腋芽茎段为外植体,以不加任何激素的灭菌石英砂、蛭石及育苗基质为培养基,分别置于8、12、24h光照下培养。结果显示:番茄侧枝及带腋芽茎段在灭菌育苗基质中,24h光照条件下,生根快速,成活率高,繁殖系数可达2—6。
The lateral branch and the stem section with axiUary bud of tomato were used as explants and cultured on the medium with sterilized quartz sand, vermiculite, nursery substrate and without addition of hormones under 8 h, 12 h and 24 h light conditions respectively. The results showed that, in the condition of 24 h light, lateral branch and stem section with axillary bud of tomato could induce root generation rapidly and the survival ratio was high with the reproduction coefficient of up to 2 - 6.
