摘要
介绍应用Autoform的Sigma模块快速找出影响汽车后盖内板成形过程中产生开裂的主要因素,进而确定解决方案,提高模具调试效率。实际案例表明,用Sigma模块解决零件开裂问题效果良好。
The Sigma module of Autoform was used to rapidly fmd out the main factors of crack in the forming process of an automotive decklid inner plate. The solutons were determined and the efficiency of die tryout was increased.
