摘要
对拉深成形过程中板料经过拉深筋时的变形情况进行了研究.运用能量法建立了一种简单实用的拉深筋约束力计算模型,设计了一套通过丝杠机构提供水平拉力的拉深筋约束力测试装置.采用正交试验方法,针对影响约束力的各种因素进行了研究,结果表明:在成形过程中,如果拉深筋设置在圆弧部位,板料经过拉深筋后的最终约束力是一个随拉深进程而变化的值.板料通过设在直线段的筋产生的约束力在一定的压边力下,其值为恒定的值,并且理论计算与实测值基本吻合,在数值模拟时,该模型可以作为等效拉深筋使用.
The forming process of the metal sheet passing through drawbead in deep drawing is investigated. A simple and practical restraint model of drawbead is set up according to the energy principle. Furthermore a set of test devices with screw mechanism is designed and manufactured to test the drawbead restraint force. Aimed at various kinds of influence factors, tests are organized according to the orthogonal principle. It is shown that the drawbead restraint force is variable when the drawbead lies at arc position while it remains constant at line position during forming process; the theoretically computational values coincide with the test values well. The model can serve as the equivalent drawbead for the numerical simulations.
