摘要
根据模具设计中拉深筋设计的经验原则,利用DYNAFORM软件的等效拉深筋技术,针对具有不同的模口形状的拉深件进行拉深模拟,分析验证拉深筋的一般设置规律及不同拉深筋对拉深过程中材料流动的影响。
Aiming at the drawing parts with different die shapes, the regulation of draw bead installation and the influence of the different draw bead on drawing has been analysed and proved by simulated experimentation, using the equivalent draw bead technology of DYNAFORM software.
