摘要
通过数据对比,说明了板料中性层内移对回弹的影响,基于多曲率件建立有限元模型,得出板料厚度内应力、应变分布以及卸载前后板料厚度方向上的应力分布对比。通过实验验证了板料厚度对回弹的影响,实验结果与理论分析一致。
The influence of inward displacement of neutral layer on springback angles was illustrated by comparing data. A finite element analysis model was established based on multi-curvature parts and a distribution comparison of stress and strain in the direction of thickness before and after unloading was obtained. Experiments show that test results are in consistent with theoretical analysis and the effect of thickness on springback is verified.
