摘要
以区域可持续发展为目标 ,可持续理论为依据 ,提出了区域分系统特征评价体系 。
Based on the theory of sustainable development,with sustainable development as its aim,the assessment criteria of the regional unit system features are properly discussed.Therefore,the assessment criteria of the sustainable development of regional water resources and social economy are established.
