摘要
通过分析水资源约束下生态环境与社会经济复合系统的竞争与合作关系,构建基于模糊数学的水资源-生态环境-社会经济复合系统协调发展模型,选取辽宁省2000~2010年的水资源、社会经济和生态环境发展数据,研究和探索区域社会经济的可持续发展策略.结果表明:辽宁省经济有序度增加较快,水资源有序度受水资源总量影响波动较大,但人均水资源生态赤字逐渐减少,2004~2010年水资源基本处于一种安全状态,生态环境有序度变化不稳定,系统总体协调度不高,呈现初级协调特征.根据计算结果的客观评价,辽宁省水资源生态经济系统具有协调可持续发展的潜力.
Through analyzing the relationship of competition and cooperation between ecological environment, social and economic integration system under limitting water resources,we constructed the coordinated development model of water resources-ecological environment-social and economic integration system based on fuzzy mathematics. This paper used the data of water resources, socio-economic and ecological environment in Liaoning from 2000 to 2010 for the study on sustainable development strategy of regional society and economy. The results indicated that order degree of economy increased rapidly and order degree of water resources was greatly affected by total water resource fluctuations in Liaoning. Water resource ecological deficit decreased gradually, which indicated that the use of water resources was in a safe state in 2004-2010. The growth of order degree of ecological environment was not stable, and the coordination of the overall system was not high, showing the primary coordination characteristics. Aaccording to the objective evaluation of the results, the water ecology economy system has the potential for coordinated and sustainable development in Liaoning.
