摘要
针对南京市水资源利用现状,提出了南京市水资源安全综合评价指标体系,引入集对分析理论构建南京市水资源安全综合评价模型,并采用层次分析法确定各指标对评价目标的影响权重,定量计算了不同层次水平上的水资源安全多元联系数,将多指标问题转换为一个综合指标对南京市水资源安全进行了综合评价,评价结果为"临界安全"。
