摘要
区域水资源综合评价是一个多准则的评价问题。总结出评价区域水资源可持续发展程度的若干主要指标,运用系统工程学原理,通过三标度法确定各评价指标对于评价目标的影响程度。以模糊数学为工具,建立二级综合评价的数学模型,对区域水资源可持续发展程度进行定性和定量的综合评价,并给出具体应用实例。
Regional water resources synthetic evaluation is a multi-criteria evaluation.This paper formulates several main indexes on assessing sustainable utilization degree of regional water resources,applys of systematic engineering and ameliorated analytic hierarchy process to define the important degree of each assessing indexes.The theory of Fuzzy Mathematics is drawn on to establish a mathematical model,which is used to synthetically evaluate sustainable development degree of regional water resources,and an example is given as illustration.
