摘要
本文从我国稀缺矿产资源面临严峻的供求矛盾分析出发 ,指出对外直接投资已成为我国资源战略的重要措施。针对矿业对外投资的风险性 ,本文提出在矿业对外投资战略选区时 ,首先要分析我国的稀缺矿产资源种类 ,然后再找我国稀缺矿产资源对外投资的目标国别 ,并对目标国别的投资环境评价方法进行了探讨。
The paper first analyzes the severe contradictions of supply and demand faced by scarce mineral resources in China and goes on to discuss that directly investment abroad has become the main measure for resource strategy. According to the risks of investment abroad, the paper argues that the kind of scarce mineral resources should be analyzed and then find the target countries for investment, and finally approch the evaluation method for investment environment of the target countries.
