摘要
从可持续发展战略出发,将水资源开发利用看成一个连续的过程,根据多目标决策理论,以同时追求经济、环境、社会效益为主要目标,在考虑区域水资源的支撑能力限制和经济、环境、社会发展对水资源的依存关系等规定性约束的基础上,建立了区域水资源可持续利用的动态多目标决策数学模型,为水资源可持续利用的定量研究奠定了理论基础.
Based on the sustainable development theory, water resources’ development and utilization is treated as a continuous process. According to the multi-objective decision theory, a dynamic multi-objective decision mathematical model of regional water resources’ sustainable utilization is established, which pursues the basic objectives such as economical, social and environmental efficacy and subjects them to the carrying capacity of regional water resources and the dependent relations of economy, society and environment development on water resources. It lays a theoretical foundation for the quantitative study of regional water resources’ sustainable utilization.
