摘要
基于H大学2014年和2016年两次本科生学习与发展调查数据,运用大学教育力理论模型,从大学教育射程和学生期望两个维度将学生分为高度匹配型、被动顺应型、独立型和排斥型四种类型,追踪研究不同类型学生分布的变化和特征,并从学校支持和学生投入两个维度,运用多项logistic回归分析,探索其对学生类型及其变化的影响。研究表明:四种类型学生在数量分布上存在显著差异,且经过两年的学习均发生变化;四类学生在对待学校支持的态度和学生投入的表现上存在明显的异质化倾向;学校支持和学生投入是影响学生类型分布的重要因素,但对不同学生类型的影响差异较大。建议针对不同类型学生采取相应措施,以扩大和增强大学教育力的辐射范围与力度。
Using the theoretical model of the power of university education,the college students were divided into four different types based on the data of Survey of Students’Learning and an Development of H University in 2014 and 2016.The panel study found that there were significant differences in the amount and distribution of student types.College support and student engagement were important factors that affected the distribution of student types,but the impact on different student types varied massively.It suggested that corresponding measures should be taken for different student types to expand and enhance the influence of university education power.
