摘要
本研究运用2014年H大学本科生学习与发展的调查数据,以H大学工科类学生为研究对象,依据学生的不同投入度,进行聚类分析,得出七种类型,并通过回归分析探讨不同学生类型对学习效果的影响程度,以此来考查H大学工科类学生培养目标的实现情况以及存在的问题。研究表明:H大学有近23%的工科生学习效果与学校的培养目标较为契合;大三学生在学习投入方面,遭遇"中年危机";生师互动是提升学习效果的充分不必要条件;学生投入通过质和量的双重作用来影响学习效果。
Based on the data from H university undergraduates' learning and development survey, the paper takes H university engineering students as the research subject and finds that there are seven types of students with the methods of cluster analysis and according to different student engagement degrees. Then it probes into the influence degree of different students' types on learning outcomes in order to investigate the accomplishment of the goal for training H university engineering students and the existent problems. The results show that there are 23 percent of engineering students whose learning outcomes reach the fostering goal of H university. Junior students encounter Midlife Crisis in learning engagement. Teacher-student interaction is sufficient but unnecessary condition for improving learning outcomes. The student engagement influences learning outcomes by utilizing double effects of quality and quantity.
