摘要
随着"一带一路"国家倡议的稳步推进,中国工程建设标准走出国门也处于重要的机遇期,本文从中国援建海外项目、项目所在国别、我国技术优势领域3方面分析了中国标准海外应用现状,从标准角度给出中国工程建设标准海外竞争力较弱的3个原因,最后从3个角度提出政策建议:"修炼内功",提高中国工程建设标准的国际兼容性;"树立品牌",扩大工程建设标准影响力;"互利共赢",结合沿线国家关切共同发展。
As the Belt and Road Initiative carry forward, the Chinese construction standards are positioned in an important period of strategic opportunity for going abroad. The paper firstly elaborates the global application of Chinese construction standards from aspects of Chinese assistance or aid in construction in foreign countries, the applied area of construction projects, and Chinese technical advantages. It shows the low global competitiveness of China construction standards and then leads to three causes from the standards per se. Three policy proposals respective to the causes are given at the end, which include to raise the international compatibility of Chinese construction standards, foster an influential brand of Chinese standards, and incorporate concerns of other countries for mutually beneficial cooperation.
