摘要
老龄化背景下,法定年龄退休者的再就业是学术界新的研究问题。针对已有研究不足,分析了退休者的退休认知心理、就业意愿、再就业方向以及再就业的影响机制。分析发现:1.具有负向认知心理以及积极就业意愿的退休者远远多于具有正向认知心理和消极就业意愿的退休者;2.退休者主要就业于正规劳动市场;3.负向认知心理和积极就业意愿促进退休者的再就业;4.退休者的个人资源、负向认知心理、积极就业意愿、再就业具有连锁式的正向关系。最后,就上述问题进行了讨论并指出了今后需要进一步研究的问题。
Under the background of ageing, the re-employment of the retirees at the retirement age is a new research issue in the academia. In view of the deficiencies in the previous research, this paper analyzes their cognitive psychology of retirement, their employment intentions, the directions of their re-employment and the influence mechanism of their reemployment. The results are indicated as follows: 1) the retirees with the negative cognitive psychology and positive employment intentions far outnumber those with the positive cognitive psychology and negative employment wills. 2) The retirees are mainly employed in the formal labor market. 3) The negative cognitive psychology and positive employment intentions promote the re-employment of retirees. 4) A positive relationship like a chain exists among the retirees’ personal resources, negative cognitive psychology, positive employment intentions, and re-employment. In the end, the above questions are discussed and the problems are pointed out for the further studies in the future.
