摘要
为了解宝鸡市城市老年人参与社会经济发展活动的状况,本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对宝鸡市1068名老年人进行了调查与分析。结果表明:老年人从事和不从事有收入工作的占8%和92%;老年人参与工作的主观意愿比例为不愿意16%,愿意33%,无所谓51%;老年人再就业途径由多到少的是:其他、个人关系、市场招聘和单位返聘;老年人从事工作的性质主要为临时性工作;影响老年人再就业的因素依次为身体问题、岗位问题、技术问题和资金问题。这说明老年人参与社会经济发展活动积极性并不高,老年人参与社会经济活动的途径及性质都有待于改善,社会应给予老年人更多的关怀,肯定并认可老年人对推动社会经济发展的作用。
To find out how far the old in Baoji city take part in social economy activities, the article makes use of documentation method, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics method to make a sur vey and analysis among 1068 elders in Baoji. The result shows 8 percent take up jobs with pay, compared 92 percent without pay. 16 percent of the old wouldn＇t like to work, while 33 percent like to. The others have no idea about it. The ways the old take up jobs vary for the most to the least are from others, individual relationship, market employment and post--retirement employment. The main work the old carry out is temporary and the factors which affect the reemployment in order are healthy problems, position problems, technology problems and fund problems. All show the little motivation for the old to take part in the social economic development so the nature and ways for them to take part require improving. The whole society should care more for the old and give them respect for their function of impro： ving the social economic development.
