摘要
研究了氯化专用PVC树脂的性能,考察了引发剂、主分散剂、助分散剂、链转移剂、转化率、搅拌等因素对氯化专用PVC树脂颗粒特性的影响。通过综合调整工艺条件可以提高PVC树脂颗粒孔隙率,减少皮膜,控制平均粒径和粒度分布。
The properties of PVC resin special for chlorinating were studied.The effects of initiator, main dispersant,assistant dispersant,chain transfer agent,conversion rate and stirring on the particle characteristics of PVC resin were investigated.By adjusting the process conditions comprehensively,the.particle porosity of PVC resin was increased,the skin film was reduced,and the average particle size and particle size distribution was controlled.
