摘要
对制备氯化聚氯乙烯(PVC–C)树脂所用原料氯化专用PVC树脂情况进行了简介;重点介绍了溶液法、水相法和气固相法三种PVC–C的制备工艺;简述了PVC–C的主要应用领域,尤其是在管材方面的应用,并对比了PVC–C管材和其它塑料管材的主要性能;总结了国内主要的PVC–C生产厂家、各自产能与主要牌号;最后对PVC–C在我国未来的发展提出了一些建议。
Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(PVC–C)is an important downstream product of polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The situation of chlorination special PVC resin used in preparing PVC–C resin was introduced.The preparation technology of PVC–C by solution method,water phase method and gas-solid phase method was introduced.As well as the manufacturing status of PVC–C in China,containing the manufacturing enterprise and their capacity.The main application fields of PVC–C was briefly described.The major properties of PVC–C pipes and other plastic pipes were compared.Finally,some suggestions on the development of PVC–C in China were put forward.
