摘要
研究了丙烯酸丁酯(BA)通过接枝改性方法,制备改性CPVC的反应过程;重点研究了单体的加入量、接枝工艺条件等对CPVC接枝物流变性能、力学性能和耐热性能的影响。实验结果表明:以BPO为引发剂,用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)接枝改性CPVC是一种简单、有效的方法。经红外光谱测试证明,可以得到CPVC-g-BA接枝共聚物。改性后的CPVC-g-BA的加工性能和抗冲击性能均有明显提高,且保持了其良好的耐热性。
The reaction process of the modified chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) by grafting butyl acrylate (BA) was studied, putting stress on the influences of monomer conent and grafting reaction conditions on the rheological properties, mechanical properties and heat resistance of the modified CPVC. The results showed the modification of CPVC by grafting butyl acrylate (BA) and taking BPO as initiator was a simple and effective method. Infrared spectrometer (IR) test proved CPVC-g-BA grafted copolymers could be prepared by this method. The processability and impact resistance of the modified CPVC-g-BA were obviously improved, and with good heat resistance.
