摘要
氯化聚氯乙烯树脂(CPVC)因其良好的性能而广泛应用于管材、涂料等方面。介绍了水相悬浮法制备CPVC反应机理、工艺流程以及影响因素。结果表明:在加热、加压状态下,选择平均粒径不低于150μm,孔隙度不低于0.15mL/g,体积密度不低于0.54g/mL的聚氯乙烯树脂(PVC)为原料,制得的CPVC树脂具有良好的性质。
Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) resin is widely used in pipes, dopes etc. for its high quality. The "aqueous suspension process" which is introduced in this paper consists of reaction mechanism, engineering flow, and conditions that influence the process. The result is: a CPVC resin with high quality would be produced in the condition of elevated temperature and elevated pressure,as well as PVC resin having an average particle diameter of not less than 150μm and porosity not less than 0.15 mL/g and bulk density of not less than 0.54g/mL.
