摘要
基于虎龙沟煤矿81502工作面640~720 m范围顶板破碎现象,为了保证工作面安全高效回采,提出了对工作面破碎顶板采取"煤层注水+注浆+锚索吊棚+超前加长锚杆支护"等联合治理措施,通过实际应用发现,工作面破碎顶板采取联合治理措施后,顶板最大下沉量控制在0.11 m以下,破碎岩体单轴抗压强度提高至54.8 MPa,液压支架初撑力及工作阻力提高至80%以上,有效阻止了顶板破碎、下沉现象,提高了破碎顶板稳定性。
Aiming at the roof crushing in the range of 640~720 m at 81502 working face of Hulonggou Colliery,the paper puts forward the treatment measures of coal seam water injection,grouting,advanced lengthening bolt support with anchor scaffold,whose actual applications show the maximum subsidence of roof is controlled below 0.11 m;the uniaxial compressive strength of broken rock mass is increased to 54.8 MPa and the initial support force and working resistance of hydraulic support are increased to more than 80%,effectively preventing the roof breakage and subsidence and improving the stability of broken roof.
