摘要
综采工作面受构造应力影响,端面处会出现破碎、局部冒顶现象,若不采取合理有效的支护措施,不仅加大了液压支架移架难度,降低了工作面回采速度,而且工作面煤壁片帮严重难以维护,端面距持续加大,甚至会发生重大煤矿顶板事故。针对这一难题,方山店坪煤矿采用斜角掏槽插梁法,对5-211工作面破碎顶板进行维护控制,取得了较好效果。
Affected by the tectonic stress, the top of fully mechanized working face will be broken and bring about partial roof caving, and if reasonable and effective support measures were not taken, it wil not only increase the difficulty of moving hydraulic support frame, reduce the speed of mining face, but also lead to roof accident in big coal mine, as the coal wall caving in the working face is difficult to maintain, and tip-to-face distance increases. To solve the construction problems, Dianping Coal Mine decided to adopt bevel cutting and beam inserting method to maintain the broken roof in 5-211 working face, and has achieved a remarkable success.
