摘要
碾沟公司5105综采工作面受地质构造和周期来压的影响导致工作面顶板异常破碎,回采过程中经常冒顶。经详细分析工作面冒顶的原因,利用管缝式锚杆的自胀效应对前方破碎围岩进行加固,并配合使用斜向长锚索对紧固岩体进行悬吊,使工作面破碎顶板得到有效控制,保证了工作面安全高效开采。
As the impact of the geological structure and periodic pressure on the 5105 fully-mechanized working face resulted in the abnormal crushing of the rooftop plate, and the roof often fell in the recovery process. After a detailed analysis of the reason of working face roof caving, the expansion effect of using seam pipe bolt is used to reinforce the crushed surrounding rock of the front, and long oblique is employed for fastening rock mass suspension, which put face broken roof under control, effectively ensuring the safe and efficient mining of working face.
