摘要
不连沟煤矿采空区侧煤柱和巷道受上区段回采工作面的采动影响,矿压显现,帮部移近量大,底鼓严重,巷道变形量较大,严重影响工作面安全生产。采取加强两端头放煤管理和对采空区两个隅角的强制放顶措施,使下区段煤柱和巷道压力显现明显减小,帮部移近量由1m左右缩小至5 mm左右,顶底移近量由0.5 m左右缩小到4 mm左右。F6106综采放顶煤工作面辅运巷变形量明显减小,保证了巷道安全并降低了维护成本,达到降本增效的目标。
The mining activity of the mining face in upper section impacted on roadway and coal pillar in a side of gob in Buliangou coal mine, from this , the pressure behavior occurred, side convergence was big, the floor heave was serious and the roadway deformation was rather big , and the safety production of the working face was seriously affected. In order to reduce the coal pillar pressure and the roadway pressure obviously, the coal caving management of both ends isstrengthened and the forced caving measures on the two corners of gob is taken, so that the convergence of side is reduced from about 1 m to about 5 mm, the roof to floor convergence is reduced from about 0.5 m to about 4 mm, and the convergence of F6106 auxiliary transport roadway in fully mechanized coal caving face also is obviously reduced. Thus , it ensured the roadway safety and reduced maintenance cost of roadway.
