摘要
齿轮拓扑修形能改善矿用传动机械的性能,基于Romax与齿轮啮合原理,针对人字齿轮的特点,提出了刀具齿廓方向正弦曲线修形及人字齿轮齿向方向鼓形修形的拓扑修形方法,推导齿廓修形量的求解方法,确定修形参数,分析了压力角误差与螺旋角误差对传动线性误差、轮齿接触温度、轮齿最大接触应力的影响。仿真结果表明,此拓扑修形方法对误差的灵敏度低,为人字齿轮进一步研究提供了依据。
Gear topological modification can improve the performance of mine mechanical transmission, based on Romax and gear meshing theory,aiming at the'characteristics of herringbone gear,puts forward the direction of the cutter tooth profile modification of sine curve and herringbone gear tooth modification to the direction of drum topological modification method,derived the method of calculating the amount of tooth profile modification,modification parameters,analyzed the pressure angle error and spiral angle error of linear transmission error and tooth contact with the influence of temperature,the maximum contact stress of gear tooth.The simulation results show that the sensitivity of the topological modification method to the error is low,which provides a basis for the further research on the herringbone gear.
