摘要
为了缩短蜗轮蜗杆设计周期、提高效率、降低研发成本,以某蜗轮蜗杆为原型,对蜗轮蜗杆的啮合情况进行刚柔耦合分析。结果表明,该建模方法正确,分析过程合理,可为产品开发提供参考。
In order to shorten the worm gear and worm design cycle, improve efficiency and reduce the cost, taking a worm gear and worm as the prototype, the rigid-flexible coupling analysis of the worm gear meshing situation was carried out. The results show that the modeling method is correct and the analysis process is reasonable, which can provide reference for product development.
