摘要
针对传统钢制蜗杆、铜或铸铁制蜗轮传动过程中耐磨性不佳、使用寿命较短的不足,设计了材料均为16MnCr55钢的蜗轮与蜗杆,与蜗杆材料为16MnCr55钢、蜗轮材料为铜质CaSnN12的蜗轮蜗杆进行了对比试验,经过1460 h、转速为2400 r/min的运转试验,结果显示,钢质蜗轮的传动效率明显高于铜质蜗轮;铜质蜗轮齿面出现较多点蚀、剥落、坑点,而钢质蜗轮齿面质量较好;轴承油对摩擦力矩的影响远小于液压油。钢制蜗轮蜗杆成本低、耐磨性好、使用寿命长、传动效率高,具有一定的推广价值。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional steel worm,copper or cast-iron worm gear in the process of transmission,such as poor wear resistance and short service life,the worm gear and worm made of 16MnCr55 steel are designed.Compared with the worm made of 16MnCr55 steel and the worm gear made of CaSnN12,the transmission efficiency of steel worm gear is obviously higher than that of copper worm gear after 1460 h and 2400 r/min running test.There are many pitting,peeling and pitting on the tooth surface of copper worm gear,while the quality of steel worm gear is better.The influence of bearing oil on friction torque is far less than that of copper worm gear Hydraulic oil.The steel worm gear has the advantages of low cost,good wear resistance,long service life and high transmission efficiency.Thus it has a certain value to spread.
