变齿厚渐开线齿轮包络环面蜗杆齿面的加工与检测 被引量:1

摘要 针对变齿厚渐开线齿轮包络环面蜗杆齿面的变齿形、变齿厚、变齿距等复杂螺旋面特征,探究包络环面蜗杆齿面的精密铣削加工工艺,提出了包络环面蜗杆齿面误差拓扑图检测方法,分析了基于齿轮测量中心的环面蜗杆齿面检测与数据处理方法,并研制了环面蜗杆样件,进行了齿面精度检测。结果表明:蜗杆左齿面最大偏差为24.7μm,平均偏差为12μm;环面蜗杆右齿面最大偏差为17.2μm,平均偏差为9.3μm;蜗杆右侧齿面的精度高于左侧齿面。研究结果为后续传动副样机的传动精度和性能试验提供了试验支撑。 Since the tooth surface of the variable tooth thickness involute gear’s enveloping hourglass worm has complex helical-surface features such as variable tooth profile,variable tooth thickness and variable pitch,this article focuses on its process of precise milling;the method of detecting the topological diagram is worked out,in order to identify the tooth-surface error of the hourglass worm. Based on the gear measurement center,the analysis is conducted on detecting and data processing of the hourglass worm’s tooth surface. The hourglass-worm sample is developed and the tooth-surface accuracy is detected. The results show that the maximum deviation of the hourglass worm’s left flank is 24. 7 μm when the average is 12 μm;the maximum deviation of the hourglass worm’s right flank is 17. 2 μm when and the average is 9. 3 μm;the accuracy of the hourglass worm’s right flank is higher than that of the left flank. The research provides experimental support for the transmission accuracy and the performance test of the subsequent prototype of transmission pair.
