摘要
为了对不同运行工况下机车牵引齿轮传动系统的动态特性进行分析,以某型机车牵引齿轮箱为研究对象,通过Simpack多体动力学软件,考虑齿轮啮合传动过程的时变啮合刚度、阻尼、摩擦等内部激励,建立了牵引齿轮副动力学模型。在低速和高速两种典型工况下,对从动齿轮的动态特性进行对比研究;并通过傅立叶变换(FFT)得到了从动齿轮扭转振动角加速度的幅频特性曲线。通过以上研究,验证了牵引齿轮副动力学模型的准确性,为今后的齿轮箱模型的结构优化设计以及牵引齿轮轮齿修形研究提供了理论基础。
In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of locomotive traction gear transmission system under different operating conditions,taking a certain type of locomotive traction gearbox as the research object,through the Simpack multi-body dynamics software,the time-varying meshing stiffness,damping,friction and other internal excitations of the gear meshing transmission process are considered to establish a traction gear pair dynamics model.Under the two typical working conditions of low speed and high speed,the dynamic characteristics of the driven gear are compared and the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the angular acceleration of the torsional vibration of the driven gear is obtained by Fourier transform(FFT).The accuracy of the dynamics model of the traction gear pair is verified through the above studies,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural optimization design of the gearbox model and the study of the tooth modification of the traction gear.
