摘要
收割机的割台特别是割刀属于复杂的曲面型零件,加工试制难度较大,如果采用反复实验-制造的方法对割台进行设计生产,设计和加工周期较长,成本较高。为了提高割台及割刀的设计生产效率,将CATIA建模和ADAMS动力学仿真软件引入到了割台的设计上,并利用CATIA强大的曲面建模功能建立了收割机割台和割刀的三维模型,将其简化后导入到ADAMS进行了动力学仿真。仿真结果表明:采用软件虚拟建模和仿真的方法可以成功地得到虚拟样机和动力学仿真结果,参考仿真结果可以快速地对割台进行优化设计,提高了设计生产效率。
The header of the harvester,especially the cutter,is a complex curved part,which is difficult to manufacture.If the header is designed and manufactured by the method of repeated experiments and manufacturing,its design and processing cycle is long and its cost is high.In order to improve the design and production efficiency of the header and cutter,it introduced CATIA modeling and Adams dynamic simulation software into the design of the header,and it established the three-dimensional model of the header and cutter of the harvester by the powerful surface modeling function of CATIA,which is simplified and imported into Adams for dynamic simulation.The simulation results show that the virtual prototype and dynamic simulation results can be successfully obtained by using the software virtual modeling and simulation method,and the reference simulation results can quickly optimize the header design,so as to improve the design and production efficiency.
