摘要
提出一种基于机器人技术的液压油缸内圆圆度测量方法,以便携式大变径油缸机器人为载体,利用激光传感器进行圆度测量,实现了大变径油缸的圆度测量。建立了机构圆度检测数学模型,利用转台和激光传感器配合进行数据采集。进行了算法仿真分析以及油缸圆度测量实验,分别使用了S-G平滑滤波法和均匀窗平滑滤波法2种方法进行数据处理。经验证该方法具有良好的检测性能,可实现精度为0.03 mm的测量,适用于液压油缸内壁圆度检测。
Proposing a method which using laser sensor for roundness measurement of oil cylinder based on robot technology.Mathematical model was built meanwhile rotating platform and laser sensor work together for collecting of data.Algorithm simulation and measuring experiment of cylinder roundness were conducted to verify the reliability and practicability.Through confirmation it can be completely demonstrated that the method have satisfactory measuring ability with the error less than 0.03 mm and excellent performance in industrial roundness detection.
