摘要
对三点法误差分离技术（ＥＳＴ）应用于在线测量直线度误差进行了研究，并在推导数学模型的基础上进行了仿真计算．结果表明。
The application of Error Separation Techmique or EST to the on-line measurement of straightness error with three-point method is studied. Based on developing mathematical models, a computer imitation is made. The results show that applying EST to on-line measurement of straighness error with threepoint method is reliable.
