摘要
通过对直线运动误差的描述,提出使用光电自准直仪对直线运动误差进行测量的方法,分析运用光电自准直仪测量直线运动误差的测量原理,并根据测量所得数据采用最小二乘法进行误差评定,结果表明该方法可用来测量直线运动误差。
This article puts forward to using the light - self - aiming gage to measure the straight - line motion accuracy, through describing the straight -line motion accuracy, and then analyzes the theory of this method. At last, its exactitude by assessing the accuracy of the data by using the methods of least square was proved.
