摘要
在相控阵雷达近场测试中,高精度的测试平台是其重要的组成部分,为了满足当前相控阵雷达高精度的测量需求,根据近场测试的特点和要求,设计开发了由旋转电机、滚珠丝杠、直线光栅尺等关键器件组成的高精度水平扫描架,连同激光传感器、运输机构和控制机一起组成了这个精度高、性能稳定的测试平台,通过测试得出X轴和Y轴重复定位精度优于0.01 mm,优于国内同等规模近场测试平台,可以满足工程应用中的高精度测量要求。
High-precision test platform is an important part of the phased array radar near field test,in order to meet the current phased array radar high-precision measurement needs,and according to the characteristics and requirements of near field testing,design and development by the rotating motor,ball screw,linear encoder and other key components of the high-precision horizontal scanning frame,together with the laser sensor,agencies and control machines together to form a high precision, stable performance of the test platform are transported. Through the test to obtain X,Y axis repeat positioning accuracy is better than 0.01 mm,is better than the same size of the domestic near-field test platform,and meet the engineering requirements.
