摘要
研究生创新能力提升问题关系着一个创新型国家和民族发展的未来。通过实证调查发现浙江省高校研究生创新能力相对不足,主要的限制性影响因素包括:研究动机、环境、制度、导师以及经费等;基于理论阐释与事实经验,提出了挖掘内在激励因素,营造创新环境,提高导师队伍水平,重构教育制度以及保障经费充足等高校研究生创新能力提升的可行策略,使得我国成为创新型国家的目标得以实现。
The improvement of graduate students'innovative ability is related to the future of an innovative country and na- tional development.Through empirical investigation,the paper finds that the innovative ability of graduate students in Zhejiang Province is relatively insufficient,and the main restrictive factors include:research motivation,environment,system,tutors and funds;based on theoretical explanation and factual experience,the paper puts forward to excavate the intrinsic motivation factors,create an innovative environment,improve the level of tutors,and reconstruct.The feasible strategies of improving the innovative ability of graduate students in Colleges and universities,such as education system and adequate funds,make our country become an innovative country.
