摘要
偏见现象在教育实践中时有存在 ,为此 ,通过例举教师尤其是青年教师对学生的种种偏见及其危害 ,旨在引起教师重视 。
Prejudice exists in educational practice. This paper illustrates with examples of prejudice of different kind held by teachers, young teachers in particular. It analyzes the great harm these prejudices have done to the students, in the hope of arousing attention of teachers and urges measures to be taken to overcome prejudices against students.
