摘要
该文通过高新区地域价值结构的研究 ,阐述了不同用地类型地价比率和不同级别地价变化梯度 ,旨在建立动态基准地价体系 ,为今后及时把握地产市场价值的变化提供依据。同时提出了变涵基准地价的概念及其在应用上的可行性。
The thesis, studying on the regional value structure of Shijiazhuang Developmental district of high and new technique industries, expounds the land price ratio of different land use types and the land price gradient of different grade land, so as to establish the dynamic standard land price system and to provide the basis for promptly grasping the change of real estate market afterwards. And the idea and practical feasibility for the connotation-changing standard land price are put forward as well.
