摘要
基准地价是政府对土地市场地价水平进行宏观引导和管理的依据 ,必须根据土地市场的变动情况及时进行更新调整 ,保证现实性 .为此 ,通过对泰安市各城镇的土地基准地价评估成果进行统计分析 ,找出城镇基准地价体系结构形成的一般规律和特点 ,以利于进行基准地价的进一步调整和宗地地价的评估 ,以适应社会经济和地产市场的发展 .
The datum land price is the basis of governments' macro-control and management of urban land.In order to do that effectively, the datum land price must be often revised to keep up with the market change.As an example,all the land prices of cities and towns in Taian are analyzed.Some laws and conclusions are obtained.These results can be used to adjust the land price for helping the development of society economy and land market.
