摘要
对儒家学说中的管理思想 ,不能彻底摒弃 .从探寻儒家管理思想历史、挖掘其内质入手 ,力求寻找一条整合传统管理思想。
The thought of management in Confucianists havent been throw away.The paper wants to look for a new managemental way in order to conform traditional thought of management and meet the mentality of Chinese.
