摘要
儒家思想渊远流长,构成中国民族文化的核心。如何以儒家思想为基础来构建企业文化,是一个重要问题。本文从企业文化的视角,充分讨论儒家思想的精髓。
Of long standing, Confucianism is the core of Chinese Culture. Its important to comstruct on enterprises Culture on the base of Confucianism. This paper dcissusses the core of Confucianism deeply from the point of eaterprises'culture.
