摘要
仁义札智信既是儒家理论的精髓，也是我国传统文化智慧的结晶。现代管理是历史发展、科技进步的象征。两者结合起来必然产生推动现代管理进步的巨大推动力。
Benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and fidelity are the essence of Confucianism as well as the crystallization of traditional culture of China. Modern management is a sign of historical progress and technological development. The combination of Confucian management idea and modern management will necessarily result in the progress of modern management.
