摘要
系统频率是大家普遍关注的电能质量指标之一。大量应用新技术对频率测量精度的要求也越来越高。近年来用于精确测量频率的新方法也常见于报道 ,但这些方法几乎都在波形畸变上做文章。文中通过理论分析和试验 ,揭示了引起频率测量偏差的主要原因是系统中的发电机出力、负荷和系统结构发生变化 。
Power system frequency is one of the most important indexes of power quality and higher frequency measurement accuracy is needed by a great deal of applied technologies. At present the novel methods for accurate frequency measurement are often published in technical periodicals, but it seems as if these methods lay special emphasis on the distortion of waveform. In this paper by means of theoretical analysis and tests the basic reason causing the measurement error of frequency is revealed, that is when the output of generator, loads or the structure of power system vary, the initial phase of the measured voltage signal is suddenly changed, thus the measurement error occurs.
