摘要
鉴于光电电压互感器的一些优点,笔者提出了基于光电电压互感器的高压电网电压实时相位测量的方案。高压侧采用基于电光效应原理的光学传感头测量三相电压;被电压调制的光信号经光电转换、模拟信号处理及模数转换得到电压数字量,然后采用αβ坐标变换转换成正交分量,通过相位自动跟踪控制系统锁定电压相位。文中给出了相位自动跟踪系统的复频域数学模型,仿真计算表明系统在低频段具有较好地幅频特性,并且相位稳定性较好。该系统可较好的应用于高压输配电网络的监视和控制。
In view of the advantages of optical fiber voltage transformer, the auther paper presented a scheme of real time phase measurement for high voltage grid based on optical fiber voltage transformer. Three phase voltages were detected on high voltage side by optical sensing head based on electro-optic effect. The modulated optical signals were turned into electric signals, and were converted to the corresponding digital signals via an AD converter. After aft coordinate transformation, the orthogonal component was sent to an automatic phase tracking system to realize phase lock of utility voltage. A mathematical model of automatic phase tracking system in frequency domain was built, and the stability was analyzed through simulation. The simulation result shows that the magnitude-frequency characteristic in low frequency bandwidth is satisfactory and the phase is stable. The system could be used to monitor and control high voltage transmission and distribution grid.
