摘要
近年来,随着农村电网的进一步完善,工农业生产用电规模不断扩大,用电量的日益增长和用电结构的变化,使得电力供需矛盾越来越突出。电力的供不应求迫使人们在降损节能上多做文章,因此,人们根据电力网的运行特点,从无功传输过程消耗有功的角度,推行了无功补偿。
In recent years,with further improvement of rural power grids,electricity scale of industrial and agricultural production has been expanding,the electricity consumption growing and structure changes make contradiction between power supply and demand more and more prominent which force people to do more on energy conservation,therefore,based on the operating characteristics of power grid and from the view point of active power transmission,the implementation of reactive power compensation is promoted.
