摘要
研究了新型模具钢DM9(含量范围 % :0 .83~ 0 .95C ,3.5~ 4.2Cr,1.9~ 2 .5W ,0 .8~ 1.2Mo ,0 .7~1.1Si,0 .35~ 0 .5 5V)的组织和性能。试验结果表明 ,该钢DM9在 840℃退火时存在M3 C ,M2 3 C6,M6C ,M7C3 和MC 5种类型碳化物 ,碳化物平均尺寸 0 .6 6 μm ;该钢 95 0℃淬火 2 2 0℃回火后 ,硬度HRC 6 2 ,抗弯强度σbb380 0MPa ,冲击韧度ak72J cm2 。
The structure and properties of a new die steel DM 9 (0.83~0.95C, 3.5~4.2Cr, 1.9~2.5W, 0.8~ 1.2Mo , 0.7~1.1Si, 0.35~0.55V) have been studied. The test results show that the 5 kinds of carbide M 3C, M 23 C 6, M\-6C, M\-7C and MC exist in the steel DM9 annealed at 840 ℃, of which the average diameter is 0.66 μm. With quenched at 950 ℃ and tempered at 220 ℃ the steel's hardness is HRC62, bending strength σ\- bb 3 800 MPa and impac t toughness a\-k 72 J/cm\+2. The die made of steel DM9 has high service life.
